During the period in which we have written the three editions of Fundamentals, a number of very substantial technological developments have occurred.  The most significant of these almost certainly has been the internet, which allows both ready communication information access.

With the support of our publisher, Allyn and Bacon, we are pleased to offer this website as an extension of Fundamental's Supervisors' Toolbox.  We plan at this site to provide internet links to important internet resources relevant to supervision.
