  1. Click on this link: Download Video
  2. Save the file to your Desktop.
  3. Go to your Desktop and double click the MyHelpingLabVideo.zip file to expand it.
    (If you don't have an expander, download PKZIP for the PC or Stuffit Expander for the Mac.)
  4. Find the MyHelpingLabVideo folder on your desktop and double click to open it.
  5. Double-click the index.html file to run the demo.
  6. Make sure your volume is turned up, then sit back and watch!

Tip: If you run the demo in your office as a "practice run" before showing it to your students, it will load more quickly when you show it in your classroom.
